Book the right vehicle
Send the airport, flight number, arrival or departure date, local time, destination address, passenger count and number of bags. Tell us about child-seat or accessibility requirements so the team can check suitable options.
Confirm the meeting arrangements
Before travel, request the pickup location, contact arrangements and any included waiting time. For arrivals, confirm how flight delays are handled. For departures, agree the pickup time with enough allowance for the journey and airport formalities.
Understand the transfer price
Ask whether parking, tolls, extra stops and waiting charges are included. Vehicle availability and price depend on the route, dates, group size and luggage requirements. The team confirms your transfer details before the service is booked.
